Henry McInnes / Ben Catley / Kallidad

Kallidad in Perth, Indi Bar, Scarbourgh., Perth, Sat 07 March 2020

 Henry McInnes

Kallidad were so impressed with the unique talents of young Henry McInnes at Nannup Festival they guested him on tonight’s show.

Country blues folk with passion, skill and energy everyone present were impressed with the voice and playing talent on show.

Kudos to the Gentlemen of Mexican acoustic Death Metal

 Ben Catley

Ben Catley stepped the energy levels up a tone with some wildly exciting country rock folk stomp along melodies.

Dancers were imbibed and the sweat was flowing by the end of the set.

Scarborough’s adopted son was wickedly generous in his out flowing’s and equally modest in the rousing reception received.

 Kallidad

With the vibrations stirred and the honey pot licked by Ben Catley, Kallidad had no choice but to step up the pace a few notches. And as become their theme they delivered with the upmost professionalism and show ship.

Fresh from Nannup Festival with their vibrant, never ending feast of Spanish rhythm and Mexican flair that is fortuitously addictive.

The majority of compositions from their impressive release backlog they also brought in a few newer tunes.

It was Kallidad with a twist as they showcased their electric trio sound of drums, electric guitar and bass. Reminiscent of Cream some heavy blues rock poured forth in their second set.

And then it was time for an encore.
